Poco Lee’s UK pre-trial rescheduled for Feb 2027

Iweh Pascal Odinaka’s pre-trial hearing was unable to proceed on Tuesday and has now been rescheduled before a United Kingdom court for February 2027.

The Nigerian dancer and entertainer, popularly known as Poco Lee, was expected to appear before Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday September 15 2026, though the defendant was absent from court.

This was after the court confirmed that the Nigerian dancer was facing some charges.

The hearing was unable to proceed due to the unavailability of the charge sheet, and the defendant could not enter a plea.

Poco Lee pre-trial hearing has now been adjourned to February 8 2027, where he is expected to enter his plea, with his trial scheduled to commence on March 8, 2027.

There had been widespread discussion on social media following reports that he was in the custody of UK authorities over undisclosed allegations.

Other reports said he was granted bail after his first court appearance, as the case drew significant attention among Nigerians in the UK, many of whom were present at his initial court appearance.

According to BBC pidgin, the UK court confirmed he was granted bail on September 11.

The February 8 hearing would now provide the entertainer an opportunity to enter his plea.
