Supreme Court upholds Okpebholo’s victory, dismisses petition challenging Edo guber poll
The apex court ruled that the petitioners failed to substantiate their claims, therefore cannot grant their prayer to nullify the Edo State gubernatorial election.
As part of its judgement the apex court noted: “Since the petitioners didn’t challenge results in all polling units, it is absurd to ask for nullification or to be declared winner.”
