Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei killed in US-Israeli strikes

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei killed in US-Israeli strikes

The Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been reportedly killed during the initial strikes launched by Israel and the United States against the theocratic regime of Iran.

The news comes shortly after Iran’s foreign Minister claimed leaders in the country, to his knowledge, were “safe and sound”.

Sources in Israel confirmed Iran’s Supreme Leader was killed in Saturday’s initial strikes, with a source stating that a photo of the deceased Ayatollah was already in their possession.

While an official statement is expected from both Israel and the United States, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said earlier in the evening that there were many signs that Khamenei is “no longer with us.”

Recall that the United States and Israel launched a massive attack on Iran on Saturday, which resulted in several casualties among top officials and the obliteration of military infrastructures, including Iranian air defences.

The Iranian regime also made some retaliatory strikes against Israel and other US bases in the gulf region, resulting in minimal damage.

Noting that “major combat operations” were ongoing, the US President Donald Trump indicated that the ongoing military operation was geared towards overturning the dictatorial regime of Iran led by the Ayatollah.

The Israeli Prime Minister has also said that the theocratic regime of Iran poses an existential threat to the State of Israel with their nuclear enrichment and ballistic missiles program.

Both Israel and the United States are now calling for a regime change through the current attacks.

Details shortly…
