“TRIBUTE TO MY LATE FRIEND AND BROTHER CHARLES IDAHOSA
It was with sudden shock I received the news of your passing. After decades of political sojourn and years of service to our State and Nation, the final curtain has fallen.
Your voice echoed through the pollical landscape of Edo. The people of Ehor in Uhunmwonde local government area of Edo State felt your administrative impact as a council head during the military era in national politics.
With the advent of democratic governance in the country you were a voice to be reckoned with as Commissioner and political adviser under two separate administrations in the State.
Your socio-political advocacy helped shaped local and national politics, as you remained committed to a selfless service in nation building.
You held strong to your political leanings and resolve, pushing the call for effective local administrations, towards the realization of a more prosperous State.
As an eminent political leader from Edo south, you stood as a rallying point, propelling the Edo agenda, towards the unification of divides and voices within Edo south district and the State at large.
As you have departed this world, your family and friends feel the hurt of your demise, even as we pray for the strength to bear the irreplaceable loss.
May God comfort your family and loved ones in these trying times.
Rest in peace my friend and brother Hon. Charles Idahosa!
Hon. Monday E.O. Osaigbovo JP”
