Okpebholo rescues accident victims on Benin-Auchi highway
Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on Saturday rescued victims of a ghastly motor accident along the Benin–Auchi Road in Edo State.
Okpebholo was said to be travelling to Irrua in Edo Central when he encountered accident victims in critical condition. According to reports, the Governor ordered two of his security Hilux vehicles to be used as emergency transport vehicles in conveying the accident victims to a nearby hospital.
Eyewitnesses says that the accident was caused by a white Toyota Venza driver who drove against traffic, resulting in a collision with three commercial mini buses carrying passengers, and leaving many injured.
